Introduction

I have been in business since 2019. I am very thorough and knowlegable on all brands of appliances. I service mostly washers, dryers, ovens and stoves. I also service problems with refrigerators that do not require sealed system service. However I will be able to perform those type of repairs as well very soon. Prior to becoming an appliance tech I was an electronic technician by trade with over 30 years troubleshooting electronics. As such if a major component on your unit fails like a control board (a very expensive part) in many cases I can narrow the issue down to a component in the board. I can then repair the board by replacing that component only, a much cheaper option. I take pride in my work and all repairs come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. El Marco Appliance Service was able to repair our older Thermador Hood Vent light after the actual Thermador company could not! He went above and beyond with his electronics background, knowing intuitively how to fix this difficult to repair high end item. We will hire him again when we need electronic repairs!

Marko was excellent and knowledge of my washer machine unit. Friendly and helpful. Although the machine wasn't able to be fixed, he did what he could in the few hours he spent on it and gave great advisory. Definitely would hire and work with him in the future when needed.

El Marco did a great job. We had a front loader that was leaking internally. He came out the first time to assess the issue and looked up broken parts on the on the spot. We had an exact cost from which to make a decision at that point. We gave him the go ahead and he returned about a week later to install them. He worked diligently in a very cramped space and made sure we were happy before he left. On a side note the washer leaked almost immediately after the repairs. It turned out to be a loose filter cap which we could have tightened but he drove all the way back to our house (La Vernia) to make sure it was done properly. We are very pleased with the service.
