Oh my goodness, how to convey the outstanding job from this company? I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if possible! We made the appointment for the NEXT day! Alex arrived way earlier than the initial appointment, but he called first to make sure it was ok. We had been over five weeks without a washer thanks to a Home Depot warranty that sent a technician who was obviously not up to the task. He was mostly unresponsive and I made about 20 calls to the warranty company (the call center was in the Philippines). In desperation, we decided to pay out-of-pocket to get the machine working again. It was a simple leak, but the Home Depot tech came twice, replaced two parts (guessing the problem) and was about to replace another part, which he ordered with the promise he would be back when it arrived. He left the machine apart, with the front panel leaning against the wall and loose screws on top. Sigh. The saga continued until we decided to deal with the problem ourselves, and suffice to say it was the right decision as Alex was amazing. He diagnosed the problem very quickly (loose hose), tested the washer to be sure there was no more leaking and charged us such a reasonable price for the work that I did a double-take. Seriously affordable. I only wish we had called on ASAP Appliance from the beginning. Anyway, we have Alex's number on my mobile's contact list. Forget the Home Depot warranty. In future, we'll know who to call for an appliance problem.

Alex was very responsive. He came 3 times to repair a 4 year old Whirlpool washer. All told it would have been over $500 cost to me. He replaced the mother board, the water pump and the wire assembly. Unfortunately after all that he was not able to repair the unit When it still wouldn't function, he returned all my money except diagnostic fee which probably didn't cover his three trips and new parts. I would highly recommend Ales because he went above and beyond. Honesty like this is hard to come by in 2024.
