The serviceman was punctual knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and questions. He scheduled repair time, arrived on time, examined my appliance, explained what the problem was, explained why choosing him was a wise decision and how my decision was going to save me money, made the repair, we exchanged payment and he was quickly on his way. My refrigerator stopped cooling and i needed a repair. Initial repair job seemed like it was going good. Arrived on time, professional. Fridge never cooled after repair. When he came back out he found it to be leak in wall of refrigerator which is non repairable. He refunded my money.
