- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $100.00 trip charge but if the work is accepted we do not charge the trip charge. If we give you an estimate then the estimate will show a $100.00 reimbursement from the trip to give the estimate. We only charge the $100.00 charge if we don't do the work. This covers the cost of sending a real insured plumber to you house not a handyman.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first ask if you would like to get on the schedule and are availability. We will then ask about the issue and location of the issue on you property. We will also ask for you email and property address. After setting up the call in are system you will receive a text message to let you know you are on the schedule. If they job is a few days out you will receive a reminder text message the day before. When the plumber is on the way to your property you will receive another message to let you know the plumber is on the way with the name of the plumber.
