- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections are free! It doesn't cost anything to have Zeus Restoration come out and give you a cost estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting Zeus Restoration, we'll send a technician out to your location (usually that same day). The technician will examine the damage, do some preliminary testing and give you an estimate for the mitigation and restoration. Once you're ready to move forward, our professional staff will come in and remove the damage materials, replace them, and then make it look better than before. We'll also communicate with your insurance company (and help you communicate with them, too) to ensure your claim will go through properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in the restoration and remediation field. We are also an IICRC certified restoration firm. We also have on-staff mold remediation specialists with their own certifications for mold inspection, mitigation, and removal.
