Highly recommended! Do not buy a house without getting your own private inspector. Devin gave me way more than I ever expected and at a price that was less than the competition.The house buying process felt really daunting to us. And then a friend recommended Devin Bailey to come do our home inspection. He immediately replied and came out the very next day. He spent 4 hours meticulously documenting every possible issue. He found several things that would have been a major expense had we not found them before our option period expired. And then he performed an additional sewage line inspection which we would have never even thought of. And because we did it all together he provided a wonderful discount.Devin generated a multi page report with pictures and videos documenting everything. It arrived in my inbox in less than 24 hours with copies going to the realtor. It was very easy to read and super easy to spot the problems. Because of his careful inspection we knew to get a couple of additional inspections which eventually put over $10,000 back in our pocket at the close.This is the inspector that you want.
