I was contacted by 3 companies when I sent in a request to have my fence gate repaired and also requested a specific time frame based on information received from HOA. Charlie responded within an hour plus came to examine my gate. He said that the company would get the gate fixed before the HOA deadline (10 days) plus provided me with information of what the work would entail. He and another gentleman were here on the date promised and worked in this horrid heat we have been having. My fence is in the best condition it has ever been, even when initially installed. In addition the final price for this repair was certainly within my budget. will use this company for all my fence repairs and highly recommend M.C.H. Improvements to others.

Communication and responsiveness was very good. Kept me updated on progress materials and any delays. They were the middle bid but like they say “you get what you pay for”. Their attention to details and making sure I was completely satisfied with the job was worth it. Would recommend.

Poor communication, poor quality of work. After months of trying to get them to come fix it I'm now being ghosted despite them telling me that they would fix it. During the job they accidentally cut my underground internet cables. I had them build a gate which after a month is now leaning and unable to be used. The quality of work done on the fence was very poor, I've had multiple contractors out since that have pointed out quality and craftsmanship issues. Pictures of the work attached
