Zach came to the house to fix our toilet and install a bidet. He was polite and informed me of the options to complete all of the work. He and his assistant were quick, knowledge, and kept the house neat. I would absolutely call Artisan Allocations again for services.

Update: Troy was very apologetic for the scenario and resolved the issue within a day! Troy is very professional and great to deal with on resolving the issue. Thank you! I had an appointment had 9am, received a call at 8:30 that they will come between 10-11. At 10:30 no call and I called them to see if they were still coming and they said they can’t make it at that time and rescheduled for 7:00 in the evening. They marked that they completed the service call but they never showed up. I called them at 7:20 pm to Ask them if they are on the way, but they were like they talked to my husband which they never did as they don’t have his number. They are like we can diagnose over the phone and charge you. His reasoning was we completed the service as we stopped by for a quick second which they never did. I usually don’t write bad reviews as everyone is working hard but this was just uncalled for. Just have the curiosity to call customers and let them know you can’t make it.
