- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide the highest quality services with a commitment to win-win outcomes and typically price my services according to the scope of the assignment. I believe in being fair and reasonable but also know that I will always act in a client's best interests as their partner and advocate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an introduction to me and how me and my team work to help the client meet his or her home goals. I love to find out all of the pertinent facts to make my clients happy. I take in the information and give it 110% to make sure my is 100% satisfied at the end of the day. My introduction process is typically over the phone or virtual. I'll send an introductory email and try and set up time to discuss my client's needs while providing a ton of information to make the process as stress-free and hassle-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previously been a seasoned executive level brand marketing and customer experience design professional with a successful track record of delivering delightful customer experiences through customer-centric design of products and brands in retail and consumer packaged goods industries. I bring my deep knowledge of client service and empathetic leadership style to client relations and negotiations for my clients. I am a licensed Realtor® in the state of Texas, Lic. #712870. I hold an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Southern California. I am an adored wife and mother of two.
