Pool comlnaies are usually charlatans and will do their best to not do any work at all for your pool. This comknay came out super quick and took care of my pool that was neglected by my previous pool company. It is safe to say that you cannot go wrong using this company for your pool cleaning needs and pool building needs. The tech was on time (shocker, right? ) and so kind. My pool looks brand new. I mean... Brand new. I will use them forever and ever now. You have yourself a new customer for life!

This hot dry summer was brutal on our pool. We had several catastrophic leaks and our pool basically wasn't even holding water anymore. Bobby at Signature Pools was referred to us by a foundation company we were working with. Bobby was immediately responsive and very involved in helping us find the leaks, repair and replace everything that needed it. We needed both skimmers replaced, we had a crack all the way down from shallow to deep end, a cracked main drain pipe, and a leaking pipe from one of the skimmers to the equipment which was under our patio. Bobby came by every single work day and talked us through the process and answered all of my 1,000 questions. He was responsive by call, text, and in person. We also hired them to do some remodeling on the pool. That went great. We also hired them for weekly pool service and are so glad we did. Throughout the process of fixing up the pool and getting to know Bobby more, we discovered that they could also do patio covers. Because of their track record of how wonderful they were to work with and having now learned of Bobby's attention to detail and his quality of work, we hired them for the patio cover. It was the same great experience. All the workers that have come and gone throughout this process have been so nice. They have been respectful of our home and they cleaned up at the end of every single day. We just could not be happier to have found this company.

I like the fact that they leave behind a notecard indicating that they have been back to service the pool and what services were completed. Most pool companies show up and you have no idea if they came on time and what was done. Great family run company!
