- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the best pricing in the area! Our prices tend to usually cover any extra trips that may be necessary, fuel, materials and labor, as well as pay for an assistant or crew (2+ extras) . We’ll consider all details of your move or delivery and send you a quote. (We’ll never overcharge you, or bring extra help when not specified, etc.) Check out our site!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves to the customer and figure out what their need for our services are. Once we get a description of what services they need, their location(s) and budget, we’ll try to schedule a date/time for the work to be completed. We'll gather all the information, create an invoice and send you a link to view the list of charges and pay the deposit to schedule your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amongst my team, we’ve accumulated both Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Associates Degrees, and a few other certifications. We have driven cargo vans, small box trucks and 26 foot box trucks for other moving companies. We have a lot of experience with moving and transportation!
