- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with an initial consultation, where we gather important details about the job. Once the customer agrees to the estimate, we schedule a convenient time for the junk removal. After job is complete we follow up with customer to ensure their satisfaction and take payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on training in junk removal, including knowledge of safe disposal practices, equipment handling, and effective load management. We also have great customer service, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Impact Junk Solutions after recognizing a need for reliable clutter removal.
