- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base the quotes on experience but we may ask you more questions to understand your needs better and address them, and set expectations. Note quote are estimates, however, we DO NOT change our pricing unless you really ask for additional services that are obvious not part of the service requested/quotes for. But honestly that’s very very very rarely the case, maybe 5 out of 100 customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing is better than setting expectations. Things go smoother if we understand better what we are getting ourselves into, so please don’t hesitate to share photos when requesting services, or setting up an appointment to tour your property. We want to fulfill your needs and for that is best to understand it first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training on the job beats what’s on the books. However, we constantly communicate among the team what works and what doesn’t work. We self educate on free online information, no shame on that! We strive to be better after we every job we do!
