- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies immediately, day or night. There is no charge for us to assess damages and detail exactly what is needed for you to recover from your flooding. Pricing is industry standard and is mostly done through your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, please give us a call and we will work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on scene within one hour, make a thorough inspection of your emergency, then give you options. We can go to work immediately if you want to minimize damages and properly prepare your home and business for build back services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician at Water Damage Repair. Tech is IICRC certified. The owner, Colby Taylor is a second generation Master Water Damage Expert with over a decade experience handling every kind of flooding situation.
