- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for each session is dependent on the number of days the client wants to train each week. But I'm willing to work with each client from a financial perspective to help a potential client get in shape.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first give each client a free consultation (fitness goals, any physical challenges, session rate, number of days wanting to train, nutrition) and workout so that both sides get to know one another and determine if it's a good fit. If the client decides to utilize my services, we then set a schedule for training, the expectations of myself as a trainer and the client, and a overview of what body parts that will be trained each session each week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified trainer. I also have a MBA in Business Administration and Project Management
