- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary phone consultation. A $50 in-home consultation fee. I will provide a project quote within 24 hours. When you choose to hire me the consultation fee will be credited toward your project total. My hourly rate is $65. The consultation is a non-refundable fee but can be rescheduled if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come to your home, we will walk the project together to confirm the desired outcome. Customers typically hire me on the spot, as there's no time like the present to get started! I'll work quickly and efficiently. I can remove donated items for you, but you are responsible for trash. We may decide to purchase organizing bins/baskets, but I can also use what you already have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience stems from a retail career that includes entertainment, fashion, and luxury sales. I also served as a director for The Container Store in both Austin and the Houston area and have helped train and develop dozens of organizing experts. My expertise in fashion and luxury sales provided me with a profound respect for the "stuff" that frequently overwhelms us.
