I wanted to get my son some tutoring to keep him on the incline and engage in some what of a school setting via zoom. There was a few concerns I had due to the pandemic and remote learning and Ms. M made the tutoring sessions very interactive with my son and he really enjoyed them! Thank you Ms. M!

I came across Learning with Ms. M from an internet search, nervous about finding the perfect fit for our Daughter who was struggling with reading, I sent an inquire. Not only did I hear from Meri Sue within minutes, we connected very quickly to chat about her, her business, and a plan moving forward. She has always been so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and so much more! It’s been 5 months now and our Daughter has improved so much with reading. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing reflects the custom-tailored instruction that each student will receive. Prices are $1/per minute and we offer 30 min (virtual only), 45 min and 60 min sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to set up an initial phone call or video chat to talk about specific needs and to make sure that we're a great fit! I truly believe that developing solid relationships with families is one of the main keys to success. After the initial phone consult and if both parties agree, I'll set up a first meeting with the student and build out a tutoring plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified educator, Early Childhood through the 8th grade. I have over 10 years of experience working professionally with children, as well as teaching/private instruction.
