They did a ok job. I was able to look carefully over everything after they left. Still finding things that were not dusted or even wiped down. I'd say if they come again just please take time and look over everything. Had 4 women here and things still left undone!!!!

They need to pay attention to details. They just clean from surface only. My floor is still dirty. See an example in the picture. I keep going over their work but then I got tired of how many things I pointed out. They don't speak english btw.

Hired this service off Thumbtack to take care of my move out clean. To bid the job I had to provide VERY specific info about my home u.e. sat footage, # of floors etc....you know, the standard info one would provide to be provided with an accurate bid. I corresponded with "Nelly" or so I thought multiple times leading up to the day of service (turns out it was actually her admin reconfirming the price, the size of the team etc. I originally requested the team arrive at noon on the day that was out final walk thru. IlSince the walk thru appy was scheduled for 6 PM the same day of the cleaning I was concerned they might not be done on time. I was assured multiple times that it normally takes a team of two ~3.5 hours to complete the work. I thought " hmm, ok". My family and I had been working feverishly to clear all rooms of my 2 story home and had cleared the tionstory, with plans to complete the lower level that morning. I get a text ~ 10 am saying the cleaners would be there by 1030! In my book, people who show up early are almost as bad if not worse than those who show up late. I called"Nelly" immediately to advise that I was still clearing bottom floor rooms and dealing with other contractors so them arriving earlier than noon was NOT what I wanted. She said she would check to see if they could swap my appt with a client they had scheduled afterwards and she said she would but called back immediately and said they "didnt want to make their other client uncomfortable" so they were going to be there at 1030. So I guess my comfort could be damned? Again I thought "Yeah, ok". So basically, two woman team showed up and went to work. My downstairs and kitchen had not yet been fully cleared so I directed them upstairs to get started. I had carpet cleaners also scheduled for later that day to clean 5 of the largest areas of my home so they basically got a pass as I told them they would NOT need to vacuum those areas. By the time they got downstairs we had the other areas 95% cleared and we were still in motion. The next thing I know a 3rd individual showed up and turns out she was the admin I had seen speaking with. She vacuumed the media room- the last room we were in the process of clearing and seemed annoyed that she had been called un to vacuum. While she was jerking the vacuum cleaner around I do remember hearing a crash but assumed maybe they had dropped some of their cleaning supplies or something. She came out and announced "We're Done" and then proceeded to explain to me that " The house was in bad shape and it took them longer than the normal time". To quote Forrest Gumps mother: What is "normal" any way? I told her that if the quote she provided was contingent in them finishing inn3.5 hours and anything beyond that would incur additional charges- then OK, fine. But that was NOT how the pricing was stipulated during our negotiations. She then went on to say that Thumbtack is the one that forces a flat rate to which I replied: " If you don't like their pricing model, dont promote your services on Thumbtack". Essentially she demanded an additional $60 on top of the agreed to rate.Oh, and what was the crash you may be wondering? That was a precious Bonsai tree I had managed to keep alive for the past 4 years! They broke my tree, didnt divulge that they had broken it and left like it never happened with $70 extra bucks in their pockets. I typically try to hire folks who seem committed to making their small business succeed, so I dont normally quibble about contractors being bonded and insured. After this experience I may have to reconsider my stance on that. I contacted them immediately asking how they intended to compensate me for my loss- she refused to acknowledge the damage or the low character of workers who damage property and dont apologize. She write me a curt response via Thumbtack messaging asking "What do I REALLY want?" I want someone to unbreak my tree and for a cleaning service that actually knows how to wipe down a pantry shelf or clean the baseboards.

With all due respect we worked a total of 4 hours and we did everything we could to make sure your house would be clean ! We were on our knees cleaning your baseboards , you wanted to pay a total of $170 ! For a 3,200 square feet home we are sorry if you weren’t pleased with the work we did ! Your home was full of stuff it wasn’t a move out home , a move out home is when the house is totally empty ! We are sorry but we provide the services you needed for the price you payed
