I was referred to this company by my former house cleaners (who were amazing and priced so affordably- such a loss!) This company initially agreed to the rate I had with my previous service and did one cleaning at that rate. The cleaning was adequate, but I noticed that several areas had been overlooked (such as the top of my bookcases- not fully dusted, etc). As my second cleaning approached (two weeks later), they attempted to change the time slot on me (asking if they could come at 5PM instead of the morning- no, I have three kids and thats close to dinner time) and told me it would be $60 more than the previous cleaning due to my expectations. Im not sure what was meant by this- a morning time slot??? I let them know that wouldnt work for me. My house is not messy, I clean the week between cleanings, and besides being on the larger size (2700 square feet) it is a pretty easy clean.

I really appreciate this company for coming on short notice and doing a wonderful job. They are very nice and detailed with there deep cleaning. Im so thankful for this company and the service they provided. I am definitely using them again and if you need the best cleaning they are the way to go!!!!
