- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base prices are average suggested price by Thumbtack. I think that’s fair both to my customers and to me. If there are multiple same items on the same order, I tend to apply a small discount. Also, if the images and web links of the items are provided on the request, initial estimate can be adjusted better suited for that specific item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. I ensure that my customer and I are on the same page and agree on the expectations of both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am doing mainly furniture assembly. I enjoy following the assembly instructions just like building Legos.
