- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for three services or more. If you have anything besides a one story home, we recommend a survey to discuss goals and go over a plan of action. Two story homes or three story town homes add an complexity to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to understand the scope of work. Then schedule an appointment that fits within our schedule as well as our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry.
