- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are available 24/7 for service calls. Rates: * $150/hour Monday—Friday 8am-5pm * $250/hour weekends and afterhours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we to gather the customer’s name, property address, email address, and a good contact number for them. Then we have our manager of the respected division reach out to the customer to discuss the project, provide any insight or consultation, and schedule an appointment with one of our licensed technicians.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Level tradesmen in all three divisions; mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing.
