- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat based rates. Special rates are available for commercial jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I need to know exactly what it is I'm doing. Providing: links, pictures, or model names and numbers work the best. This helps me give you the best price. If I don't know and I get an answer like "I have a bed," it doesn't tell me what type of bed it is. Is it a daybed, storage bed, bunk bed, etc. You don't want to be paying the price of bunkbed when you have a basic QN size bed (Headboard, Footboard, and Sides) 2. I'll send you a personalized quote itemizing the price and all the cost and descriptions o the service included. You can decide if the service fits you or not. 3. We will contact you to verify service and make sure nothing was missed so there are no surprises on either end. We will then send you an invitation to the scheduled job. Once the job is accepted, it will be put on our Calander for service. 4. We show up on the day and time we promised and take care of your furniture assembly needs. 5. You sign off on the job that all services were provided according to what was promised and that you are satisfied with service. 6.Pay 7. If you are satisfied with service, we will send you a link to give us an honest review and feedback on how we can improve so we can give other customers like yourself an opportunity to use Brown's Furniture Assembly.
