- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We individualize each and every estimate to fit the complexities and intricacies of your project. We competitively price our projects to save our clients as much as possible without sacrificing our quality and craftsmanship. We offer specials and discounts that you may take advantage of, depending on your situation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will send an estimator to your house to get the details of the project and leave you with a personalized estimate. After you book with us, we are in contact with you collecting colors and other important information to ensure a smooth job start. On the first day of the job, we have an initial walkthrough to make sure everyone is on the same page. We also give daily updates from a project manager. Once the job is completed, we do a final walkthrough to make sure the job is completed to your satisfaction and all outstanding touchups are completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is invaluable when it comes to painting. We ensure that not only are our painters well trained and follow product guidelines but that our estimators are well versed in standard practices as well as product knowledge so that we are able to provide you with a high quality service using the best products.
