FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that there are 2 types of customers. The ones who like to go over detail on a proposal, and the ones who just look at the total price. We give itemized proposals with detailed descriptions. Since we've been doing this so long we know what to expect when going into a new kitchen or bathroom. There won't be anything that jumps out at us that then we have to charge you more for. So whether you just like to look at the price or if you'd like to deep dive into the proposal. We've got you covered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to book a visit, call, text, or email to kick off your project. We will respond ASAP, set up a meeting to go over all your options and to fully understand your vision. We can schedule a visit to our showroom or we can bring stone samples to your home. We will then provide a no-obligation free estimate for your project. Upon approval, we will gather the paperwork and get started with planning. We will schedule your installation and provide you with the steps to take prior to the big day. We provide backsplashes in tile and if added will be scheduled also. From there we will fabricate the stone to your exact specifications. We typically install a full kitchen in 1 business day. As your installation wraps our technician will go over the care and maintenance of your new countertops. They will also answer any questions that may arise. Our sole focus is to make sure your expectations are met and can enjoy your new kitchen. The last step is to provide a final walkthrough with you to make sure you understand how to care a maintain your countertops and are completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
