Zach continues to provide outstanding support for our furnaces and air conditioners since they were installed in 2020. Being very light sleepers, Zach was able to provide a wonderful solution for our furnace so that we were unable to hear it late at night. Service has been prompt and friendly from entire Austin Cool Air team, and we highly recommend them.

I love this AC company. Ive had MANY bad experiences with AC companies until I found this one. Ive now had two technicians out, Zach and Mitchell. Both honest hard working guys. I cant recommend this company enough, theyll get you taken care of.

Such a great experience with Austin Cool Air.Their technician, Zach arrived on time and inspected our equipment. He diagnosed the problem and explained it in terms I understood. The he emailed a written report to me. I am so glad that I found a company that does such excellent work.
