Pat and Lela did a great job with our bathroom model. Given it was an older house, some challenges came up, but they were able to take care of everything with ease. At times I was nervous, but Pat made everything look great. The windows I purchased were too big (too deep), but Pat was able to put them in so you can't even tell. They look great. I also loved that they did all of the work themselves. There weren't any subcontractors involved. It was comforting having the same people coming by every day instead of different people every day. Our bathroom remodel was pretty extensive. They knocked down a wall and rebuilt a half wall, re-ran the electrical and plumbing, tiled and even painted Everything looked great and we were very pleased with the work. I've never worked with someone who cared more about making sure I was happy with the product.

It is hard to find a good, reliable contractor especially when you are planning to remodel the master bathroom in the house where you expect to stay for the next 15 years. We looked at different websites (Yelp, Angie's list etc...) and met and talked to more than 10 contractors but at the end, there was something that was missing or wrong (too expensive, too long to reply to email, too much subcontracting etc...) until we met Pat. We initially scheduled an appointment at 8:00 am and he was right on time, explained us clearly the different difficulties that we may have and provided us with an estimate of amount of time to complete the work (6 weeks). Between our first meeting and the beginning of the work Pat provided us a detailed schedule of the work he is planning to do and was frequently sending us an update of the status of the job that he was doing. He wasn't the cheapest, but we really appreciated the way he was communicating with us for our project. He stopped by two more times to check with us some details that we were worrying about before the beginning of the work. It was also an occasion for us to meet his wife Leyla. At the end, we didn't regret our decision to hire Pat. During the whole time of the project, Pat was always on time, protecting our hardwood floor at the beginning of the day and cleaning it at the end of the day. During the 6 weeks of the project, Pat was always keeping us up to date with the progress of the work and was sending us pictures while we were working. He was perfectly on time and was doing a very good job taking care of all small details. We had some delays but it was only related to other companies that we worked with (countertop, cabinets etc...) and Pat was always here to provide us feedback and recommendation based on his experience. We also appreciated that Pat was dedicated 100% of the remodeling project without subcontracting the work. He was doing a perfect team work with his wife and we really appreciated his dedication and the quality of his work. Another big advantage is that Pat and Leyla were super friendly with our dog and didn't mind having him at home while they were working. When the project was done, Pat came couple of times to see if everything works well. We will be working with Pat and Leyla on our future projects !!

We had extensive water damage from a leak that was caused by poor construction. The water damage destroyed three rooms flooring, walls, and studs. After fighting insurance, insurance appointed contractors and getting ridiculous estimates from other contractors we landed on "Priced Right Handyman" based on a neighborhood recommendation. After almost two years of dealing with garbage contractors, we finally got taken seriously by someone who was willing to do thew work for an extremely reasonable price. "Priced Right Handyman" is the name but you get a twofer, you get P&L (Pat and Leyla) and they do all the work. Anyone who has dealt with general contractors will right away recognize that this is a bit different. Instead of having several crews destroy your property as they do their "work" P&L do *ALL* the work and they always clean after themselves, every day (if you have allergies like in my family you'll understand the importance of this!). You get an update every day as to what is expected. You talk to them every day about what needs to happen next and what decisions need to be made. The experience of dealing with them or a general contractor alone is worth going with them. Not having to deal with different crews that are doing their best to leave because it is Friday or whatnot is great. We had some work done by other contractors that P&L saw and were so disgusted by it that they fixed it FOR FREE! They replaced a toilet bowl in another bathroom that had issues. Absolutely amazing and not even asked for. They offered it up because it was just bad (talking to you "The Steam Team"!). The job that they took on was enormous and had to be custom. We built our house and inherently it was non-standard. Everyone who came through the house and gave us an estimate went completely off the rails because it required precision and was non-standard. No one was willing to sign up for the job or quoted us ridiculous numbers. Or if you were "The Steam Team" you did a part, overcharged, and then walked off the job leaving us with a giant mess. The quote that they gave us was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. Not only was the price right, but there was also no hesitation in the skills required to complete the job with maximum quality. Every other contractor we spoke to always made excuses for parts of the job. Not "Priced Right Handyman". This brings me to the quality of the work. "Priced Right Handyman" work is extremely high quality. Both P&L have some sort of OCD and if it doesn't look right they will not accept the result and fix it before you even hear or see it. Part of the job did require some other folks to come in for tops and a glass door. Both delivered and both had to be called back to fix their work. And when that happened it really helped to have P&L in your corner to explain why their job was not up to par. Their quality is outstanding and they help to keep the less gifted contractors in line. P&L are tenacious, they do not give up until it is done right. We had all kinds of little issues (e.g. 3x wrong drains for our sinks). They will not stop until it is done right. Even when the job was officially over both showed up and helped to finish up installing the tops in the bathroom because the tops people screwed up. Another thing that Pat would not let go was that we had 110PSI in our house. He got so fed up with it that he asked a plumber to quote it and disliked the price and did it himself. He hung extra lights, installed a bidet toilet seat etc. No extra charge and with a smile. P&L show up at 8AM, always. If you are a person that appreciates timeliness and respect for other's people time you should hire them right away. Nothing irks me more than waiting on unreliable people that do not value your time. My time is my most precious commodity and having someone treat that with the level of respect that we extend to others is refreshing. P&L are very pleasant and one of the joys of getting all the work done by them was getting to know them. Good, honest people doing their best that are extremely generous with their time and skills. They really went out of their way to make things right even if it was an extra ask or something that someone else had screwed up. If it wasn't for them we think the job would have still been ongoing and done poorly. We can't thank them enough for their generosity in time and extra work that they did but had not signed up for. We have three more large jobs that need to be done and we know exactly whom to hire. We need to get on their schedule ASAP before they start working on a different large job! The net is, we have a gorgeous bathroom that is completely custom. We have 7 (YES SEVEN!) water spouts, two rain showers, four wall jets, and a handheld. Custom wall tile that is almost up to the ceiling, a properly sloped and tiled floor with a linear drain. Two benches in the wet area. Custom wall and vanity, wood flooring in the toilet, and vanity area. Even Bluetooth audio in the shower area! Etc, Etc. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Everyone should hire "Priced Right Handyman", right after we finish all our projects!
