I love Chelsey and how I feel after each class. I have been following her around the Spring area for a while. She has such amazing energy and creates a welcoming environment. I appreciate that she is inclusive of all levels and has modifications for everyone. Whether it is your first class or 500th, she offers something for you. Chelsey is an inspiration in her ability to guide her clients towards a mind, body and spirit connection. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor, but she is so much more than that. She guides you through an experience that is fun, informative, relaxing and productive. You will definitely get your moneys worth in working with her. She and her approach to yoga is unique and she does a fantastic job of meeting you where you’re at.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before meeting with new customers I like to set up a consultation call. This ensures that we are both on the same page about your current experience level, your desired goals, realistic time lines, scheduling, and more!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 200hr YTT cert from Yogaleena Studio, in Houston, in 2020 and my DRIPP Mentor certificate in January 2021. I have hosted and facilitated events ranging in size from 1:1 private lessons to 4 day retreats with 30 people, as well as workshops of up to 250 people. I have hosted and/or collaborated in facilitating almost 50 women’s gatherings and have received trauma informed instruction through my DRIPP certification. I am currently employed at Inspired Peak Yoga Studio, in Spring Texas, teaching group HOT Vinyasa and non-heated restorative yoga classes every Wednesday. These classes are held at a steady 104°F with 0 humidity, and are an amazing way to increase flexibility, mobility, and build stamina and strength. I also work with Marina Bay Yoga as a remote teacher that travels to clients and offer live stream classes available in the Marina Bay online catalog
