At AC Management, we offer transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Our property management packages start at 8% of monthly rent and are designed to fit the needs of property owners, whether you have a single-family home or multiple properties. We also offer a special discount for new property owners—20% off the first month of management services! Additionally, our refer-a-friend program rewards you with $250 for every successful referral. For property owners who need additional services, we provide a la carte options like short-term rental management, bookkeeping, and security services to ensure all your needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting started easy and hassle-free. Our process includes: Consultation: We discuss your property, goals, and management needs. Agreement & Onboarding: Once you accept our terms, we handle all the setup, including tenant communication, inspections, and rent collection. Marketing (if vacant): We list and market your rental to find high-quality tenants quickly. Ongoing Management: We take care of everything—tenant relations, maintenance, rent collection, and financial reporting—so you can enjoy a stress-free property ownership experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in real estate, property management, and investment strategy. Our real estate agents are fully licensed. We stay up to date with State property laws, fair housing regulations, and best practices in tenant management. We also use advanced property management software to track financials, maintenance, and lease compliance efficiently.
