- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a discount Realtor. I spend quite a bit of my own funds to market your home. This provides peace of mind to my clients that I'll be dedicated to sell their homes in order to get a return on my investment into them. This also provides my clients with the knowledge that I'll be marketing their homes for top dollar so it is a win-win for all parties involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone consultation to see if we are a good fit I schedule a meeting to either walk thru their home to insure accurate pricing is achieved. Once that is accomplished I utilize my unique marketing strategy to insure that the home sells quickly for top dollar
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up on the latest market trends on pricing with appraisal courses so that I know my clients are maximizing their home sale or purchase power.
