I do this using Osteopractic Physical Therapy treatments which may include spinal and extremity manipulations (similar to chiropractic adjustments), dry needling (similar to acupuncture), massage, and tool-assisted fascia & soft tissue mobilization techniques including cupping and body tempering. I can also provide traditional physical therapy and rehabilitative or corrective exercises, medical fitness and exercise, personal training, and health and nutritional coaching.
