- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Video/In Person Consultation $150 Service includes: • A 90 min in-home or online consultation • Walk-through of space • Discussion of functional requirements and needs • Identify a realistic budget • Review photos of interior spaces to pinpoint preferred aesthetic • Take photos and measurements of current space • Provide a written proposal, including scope of work and recommendations for next steps Fee: Starting at $150 due at time of booking; $75 per additional hour. Fine print: In-home consultations are available for DFW metro clients. For those living outside the greater DFW area, online interior styling service is available. Online Interior Decorating $750 Service includes: • Project questionnaire to be completed online, along with measurement of room dimensions and photos taken of space • Personal consultation via phone or email • A private idea board on Spoak where you can provide feedback on the direction of the design process • Two custom digital design boards complete with suggested furniture, lighting, paint color, and accessories (I provide up to two revisions before finalizing a unique design plan) • 2D rendering with detailed description of furniture layout in your space • Shopping list to implement your design: includes dimensions, retailer, and price per item Fee: Starting at $750 per room Fine Print: Design window for finalizing design and finalizing the goods is four weeks. Additional work after that time will be charged at an hourly rate. On Site Interior Decorating $1,000 Service typically includes: • Two custom digital design boards complete with suggested furniture, lighting, paint color, and accessories (I provide up to two revisions before finalizing a unique design plan) • A private idea board on Spoak where you can provide feedback on the direction of the design process • Sourcing online and one store visit to finalize selections. • 2D rendering with detailed description of furniture layout in your space • Shopping list to implement your design: includes, retailer, and price per item • One home visit for furniture placement Fee: Starting at $1000 per room Fine print: Additional fees may apply and are dependent on the complexity of the project. Accessorizing is a separate service which is offered once furnishing is complete. A La Carte/ Hourly Rate $75 Services available (but not limited to): • In-person consultations • Phone and/or email consultations • Custom digital design boards with suggested furniture, lighting, paint color, and accessories • 2D renderings with detailed description of furniture layout in your space • Shopping list to implement your design: includes dimensions, retailer, and price per item • Working with trades • Personal shopping assistance • In-person working session to incorporate new and existing pieces (assembly of furniture and hanging wall decor are not included) Fee: $75 per hour (rounded up in 15-minute increments); the number of hours will be determined by the scope of work. Fine print: All working hours for your project are billed, including phone calls/texts, emails, shopping trips, and home visits.
