For play sets, I specialize in larger sets that require skill, expertise and a commitment to safety. I typically assembly sets designed by backyard, kidkraft and gorilla. My pricing is based on the estimated assembly time as provided by each manufacturer. I build each set to the highest safety standards so you have confidence and peace of mind for your children
For fences, I use a cleaning solution prior to power washing that helps restore the wood to its original state. I then use Behr premium stain and apply two coats for a better overall look and durability. Most fences can last 6-8 years after being properly prepared and stained.
Keep in mind that the posted price on thumbtack is labor only and doesn't include power washing if that's something your fence needs. Stain and supplies are an additional cost. I can come take pictures and measurements in order to provide an accurate estimate.
