The entire team at PK was a delight to work with on the improvements to our home flooring. Patrick took great care in walking our home and preparing a quote along with Jayden in the showroom giving us options to choose from. Richard who ran point on the installation project and all the finish details was very thorough and professional. Jose the tile installer did a fantastic job, didnt take any shortcuts and even went above and beyond to ensure the laundry room was returned to its proper state. And lastly, Auerio and his crew installing the carpet took care of all the large furniture moving it and returning it after the job was complete. Highly recommend PK !!!

PK floors and Delilah M. were a complete delight to work with. They helped me with coordinating tile, grout and hardware for my kitchen renovation. Very helpful in selections and created a virtual design to help with imaging how the overall final project would look. They were also very fast with my order and kept me updated with when to expect a delivery. I researched several places, local to Rockwall, Dallas Tile shops, online, and their prices were competitive and the best choice for me. Definitely would recommend working with PK floors on any project.

I called to ask about ordering a replacement cabinet slide manufactured by Hardware Resources. I only needed 1 side because the bearings came off when the cabinet was removed for cleaning. I found the exact make and model on the mfrs website. The mfr would not sell parts to me only to approved dealers and referred me to PK. The PK sales representative was extremely helpful with ordering the part. The mfr normally sells that part in bulk of 30! The sales representative asked on my behalf if the mfr would provide just one of the items that I needed and the mfr agreed! This saved me both time (wont have to change to a different slide mfr) and money! Thank you very much PK!

PK just finished up a bathroom remodeling for us. Before and after pics posted below.Patrick helped with the design and Keith kept things running smoothly. Communication was excellent and all the subcontractors were experienced and hard working. I'd definitely recommend giving them a chance to bid your job. They may not be the cheapest but they more than make it up in the level of service you get.
