FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, transparency is key for us. We provide detailed quotes so you know exactly where your money is going. While we might not be the cheapest, we definitely aim to offer the best value for high-quality work. We do offer seasonal discounts, especially for larger projects, and have a referral program that benefits both our new and existing clients. For projects that require extended timelines, we also offer flexible payment options. All additional fees, like permits or special material costs, are always communicated upfront. No surprises, that's our promise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation, either over the phone or in person. This helps us understand the scope of the project and any specific needs or ideas you have. Next, we'll schedule a site visit to take measurements and assess any potential challenges. From there, we provide a detailed quote that breaks down costs and timelines. Once we get the green light, we kick off the project with a pre-construction meeting to go over any last-minute details and introduce you to the team that'll be working on your project. Throughout the process, we prioritize open communication, providing regular updates and check-ins to make sure everything is going as planned. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and we're not happy until you're thrilled with the end result.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this line of work through my family. My dad was a investor and I spent my summers as a teen working alongside him. I always had a knack for building and fixing things, so it felt like a natural path for me. After getting some formal training I realized I had my own vision for how things should be done. That's when I decided to start Cornerstone Construction, and I haven't looked back since.
