FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here’s what you should know about my pricing. I charge $1.50 per square foot for tile and grout cleaning, which includes a full inspection, pre-treatment of the floors, deep cleaning of both grout and tiles, and a final polish to restore their shine. For new customers, I offer a $50 discount if you leave a review after the service. This helps me gather feedback and gives you a discount on the price. My pricing is clear and includes all aspects of the cleaning process with no hidden fees. If there are any special conditions, such as extensive staining or specific concerns, I’ll let you know upfront and provide an updated estimate. If you’re interested in additional services like grout sealing or tile polishing, I provide separate pricing for those services so you know exactly what to expect. If you’re unsure about the total cost, I’m happy to provide an estimate based on your space and needs. My goal is to offer great service at a fair price, with discounts for new customers who leave reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation and Inspection • The process begins with a conversation to understand the customer’s concerns, goals, and specific problem areas. • I conduct an on-site inspection (or evaluate pictures sent by client) to evaluate the condition of the tiles and grout, identify stains or damage, and determine the best cleaning approach. • I share my findings with the customer and recommend a customized plan, including optional services like polishing. 2. Pre-Cleaning the Floors • Before starting the deep cleaning process, I thoroughly pre-clean the floors. This involves removing loose dirt, dust, and debris to ensure the cleaning process is as effective as possible. 3. Targeting the Grout • I begin by focusing on the grout lines, applying a specialized pre-treatment solution to break down embedded dirt and stains. • Using professional-grade tools, I deep-clean the grout, extracting dirt and grime that has built up over time. This step is crucial for restoring the grout’s original color and vibrancy. 4. Cleaning the Tiles • Once the grout is cleaned, I shift focus to the tiles, using a high-powered cleaning solution and equipment to remove surface dirt, stains, and any leftover residue. • This step ensures the tiles regain their original shine and luster. 5. Wiping Away Residue • After the grout and tiles are cleaned, I wipe away any remaining dirt, grime, or cleaning solution. This leaves the floors spotless and ready for the final touch. 6. Finishing with a Polish • To complete the process, I apply a polish to the tiles, enhancing their shine and providing a protective layer to maintain their beauty. • If requested. 7. Customer Walkthrough • I invite the customer to inspect the floors and ensure they are satisfied with the results.

I invested in professional-grade tools and equipment to refine my skills further. Over time, I learned the importance of precision, patience, and understanding the unique needs of every surface. I also studied industry standards and best practices to ensure I was using safe and effective methods.
