I moved out of state and put my house up for sale. I needed someone to keep my pool looking great while I the house sat unoccupied and on the market. Pool Loops was so easy to work with and offered the best price. They kept me in the loop of how the pool was looking and sent me pictures of the finished product. The whole process was effortless. I highly recommend!

Timing, and response was a bid issue, a 2 day job took two weeks . The owner did not respond on time and did not follow up with answers I had questions for. My pool was still green after the second day which was fine but he made several trips because they wanted to work in the dark .

Do not trust this person to do anything services or repairs for your pool. I paid him up front to get 1 pump replaced and 2 valves. He first ordered the wrong pump and he lied to me about replacing the valves. I caught him trying to only replace one valve and reuse the 2nd Valve. He did come clean on it. He installed the pump and said everything is good. I went to start the pump it was leaking and he did come back out to fix it and he then text me and said leaks are fixed and charging the pump. To me that means it is fixed and ready to go. I got home he was gone and the pump gone. No communication that he took the pump. Beware !!!!
