- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for military, senior citizens, and first responders. I also offer maintenance plans for residential and commercial customers. Residential is quarterly for the moment with a monthly plan coming soon. Commercial plans are monthly and quarterly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the concerns of the customer, ask when they are available, and then find a window that best meets their needs.
