I'm sorry that you felt that way about your fence that looks great! When we were done with the project, we did ask you if everything looked good and went over how we graded out the dirt on the fence line. Since it rained the day before your fence was built, some of the dirt had turned into mud clumps which unfortunately became toys for your dogs. During the construction of fences, there is often dirt (mud in this situation) that will remain after the project. Once we learned of this adjustment request, we were over at your home within an hour to address it. Our crew relayed that you were completely satisfied and pleased with our work. The posts were set with Maximizer concrete level with the ground (which is an industry standard) and the grass had not had a chance to grow back around them. It's embarrassing to have a 1 star review from a customer when we try so hard to do our best on every project. I'm personally assuming if we would have given you a discount at the end as requested, there would be a 5 star review but we as a company don't feel that we should have to pay for reviews. We can however address any workmanship or quality issues moving forward and have no problem fixing anything that is unsatisfactory. Please call our office if there's something that we can do.
