- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and transparent. No hidden fees or surprises at the end of your move. We provide hourly and flat rates. Flat rates are for moves with only a few pieces of furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You provide your information, we send you and estimate and confirm a move date. We arrive in a well equipped truck, including dollies, moving pads, shrink wrap, tape, and all necessary tools to disassemble and assemble anything that’s need to be taken apart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been helping people move since I was 16 years old. We have daily morning meetings to make sure everyone is at their best the day of your move.
