- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing takes into consideration the type of meal requested, cost of food(s), number of people, and time. I accept all forms of payment for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send my potential clients a menu suggestion. If it is not intially what they want, I listen to their suggestions and specific requests, to create a unique menu designed especially for them. I really want my clients to feel comfortable and confident in knowing that they selected the right caterer to deliver the meal they helped create.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught with extensive “hands on” training in various culinary positions as well as through continuous study.
