- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are thoughtfully set. Every project is different in concern to pricing, vision, installation, etc. I do my best to communicate with my clients and customers, to ensure that their vision comes to life and that includes a level of flexibility. I do offer discounts on pick up orders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really want to get to know my clients and customers so I can produce and build a memorable product. Questions about budgets, visions, themes, color schemes, etc are the best way to do this. Clients don't have to have all the answers right away but having these things in mind is always a great start. Inspiration pictures are always helpful to an artist as well! I always start with a chat to find basic information and then I (quite literally) build from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire professional career has been in the service industry. From waitressing to bartending to working at a consulting firm on a support team that ensured a high quality experience both in office and remotely, I've done it all!
