First, the guy that came over was told it was for a water leak which is not even close to what was needed to be repaired. The guy proceeded to do the work without giving me a quote then wanted to charge me $500 for a job that took less than 1.5 hours and one job just required taping an area. Also I got him down to $300 which tells me that the job was probably worth$150 to $200 the most. But who wants to argue with a man at 8:30 pm. at night while being home alone with a child. SMH! Shame on you all!

John explained that the reason my toilet kept rocking was because the flange that holds the toilet down was not installed properly. He made sure the flange was bolted down and reseated the toilet. It is good as new! Thanks John!
