Introduction
Madison started practicing yoga in 2019 after a serious knee injury. She credits her impeccable recovery to yoga through its conscious movement and emphasis on breath allowing her to get her strength, flexibility and range of motion even better than it was before.
Also dealing with anxiety and depression from a young age, the practice of yoga helped her get out of her head and thoughts and into her heart and body. Transforming her life in the process.
Madison received her 200 RYT at Second Side this year and is honored to begin using yoga as a way to help others the way it helped her on mind-body-soul levels.

Madi is everything you can ask for in a yoga coach. She has a strong understanding of the body and how it works with the individual yoga postures. Her meticulous attention to details and ability to adjust to each individual's needs makes her very proficient at what she does. She will not only help you get better physically, but will help you see things from a different perspective that will put you on a transformative path to life.

Madi’s class is not to be missed. Madi delivered a rejuvenating vinyasa yoga flow for my mind and body. Lots of twisting, hip openers, and opportunities to feel just a bit more flexible. Madi has a delightful welcoming energy, and ultimately her class filled my cup. Thank you Madi! :)

Madison showed utter devotion to our time together. She was very present to all of my needs and my emotional and physical health felt supported throughout our session. I was impressed by her ability to cue poses through her words as she is quite articulate. I feel safe and supported with her guiding me through my flow! Truly a grounded soul with passion for the work she is doing.
