I was skeptical to try another pool service, as it had taken me 4 tries and 6-1/2 years to find a really good tech. I was lucky enough to have him for a few months, before he retired. I really didn’t want to research another company. Then the one that was recommended, left my pool dirty 2 weeks in a row. So I took a chance on Big Star. I’m so glad I did. We just completed the first month and so far so good 🤞🏼 They’re a little more expensive than my best tech, but its worth it to have the peace of mind, not to have to worry about keeping the pool up! Victor comes first thing every Monday morning and really does clean the pool. He vacuums, scrubs the walls, skims, adds water as necessary and balances the chemicals. Hoping this continues and we’re set for years to come!

They came out and took my cover off and had my pool looking brand new in no time! They are also very affordable. I'll be using them for all my pool service moving forward.

They were able to drain/clean our pool more affordably than any other service we found AND have also done a great job with regular weekly maintenance at an affordable rate as well. Well-earned 5 stars.
