- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing with no additional fees. All of our fees are listed in the pricing section of our website - There are no cancellation fees, startup fees, maintenance fees or any other unlisted fees. The best part? We don't get paid until you do! You will never be charged from us until we collect the first months rent from a tenant we place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: You tell me about the property you own so we can put together a management agreement Step 2: We will discuss the requirements you would like for a tenant. Pets allowed? etc. Step 3: We market the property, screen an ideal tenant, get a signed lease, collect the deposit and first months rent, manage requests from the tenant, take any phone calls, and update you exactly as much as you want to be updated. Step 4: You receive your owners disbursement every month on the 15th with a statement showing your investment properties performance.

Our business is fully licensed as a real estate brokerage, we are members of NARPM, NAR, TAR, and many local organizations.
