- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is per guest and DOES NOT include food cost. I DO NOT provide drinks…non-alcoholic or alcoholic. Celebration Cakes are priced separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s all about the menu. After a brief conversation, I will create a menu that fits your taste, style, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Art Institute of Houston in Culinary Arts. Worked in Country Clubs, Yacht Clubs, and notable Restaurants as a Pastry Chef before my life as a Private Chef.
