- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects I need to see it in person and discuss it with you at length to provide you with accurate pricing, send me a message with your phone number and a good time to call you and I'll accommodate to the best of my ability. Providing me pics for your project it works to to give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.We exchange phone numbers and schedule a time for consult. 2.I see the project and offer you an estimate. 3.We accommodate your timeline as closely as possible and I get started. 4.I clean up after myself and let you inspect the work. 5.Happy? Great. Not? I'll fix it. 6.I get paid and I get out of your hair. 7.You leave me a review and contact me in your next project.
