We just moved in and wanted to deep clean before settling. Even when the house looked clean. We paid for deep cleaning at $270 but received standard cleanings. There was still dirt and toys under the fridge and oven. I had to clean the cabinets myself after them. The stove was cleaned halfway, even if we paid for it. The team who came was responsive. When I showed them the dust, they cleaned again, but they mentioned they would do what the office told them to do. The oven will be cleaned full next time. I guess the interpretation of deep cleaning differs for me and their office.

Hello Ma'am, Thank you for your feedback. We don't usually clean under oven and fridge unless we are requested and speak before as it is really heavy and we will need to send a male to help move. Also, you are referring to a spot inside the glass, which again has to be requested as we need the correct tools to take down the oven and put back together which again is not an usual request. We also don't have an office and is a home based company. As far as cabinets, we re-cleaned 2 times, and you signed off as satisfied. Again, thank you for your feedback to help us better assist our customers. We also did do a deep cleaning as it took us 4 hours to clean your home with two people. which is an 8 hour job for only $270, with a deal you received for a 4 bedroom. Please be more considerate of a review when we never had the full details for oven and fridge & we always stay until we have a satisfied customer and signature. We alway say don't sign until everything is how you like it. You signed off saying everything was perfect and then allowed us to leave.
