Best experience ever working with Summit Vista Painting and Rehab! Antonio is honest, professional, and a great communicator. The siding on the west side of our house was previously installed incorrectly by the builder. Therefore, we had multiple loose boards, cracks, and seams splitting. The hail storm in March caused even more damage (no help with costs from my insurance company). Antonio and his team removed the siding and replaced it with the James Hardie siding. They caulked the whole house and painted the entire house. House looks brand new now. Great professional work with fair prices! We have received multiple complements on their work. See the pics below.

Summit did a fantastic job (1) providing me with straightforward quote without trying to add unnecessary items, (2) identifying the items needed without the hassle having to coordinate time off of work to drive back and forth to meet, and (3) most importantly exceeding my expectations. I talked with a previous company and rather than listening to my needs they just decided to quote all the items they saw on the exterior of the house that could be done as well and basically tripled the cost. Summit listened and provided me with an affordable price and solution. Loved working with them for my siding project. They completed the front facing siding and what is pictured the rear. Paint match was perfect and the work area was cleaned before they left the site.

Antonio, the owner/operator of Summit Vista Painting & Rehab, met with me at my home to survey and take notes from me for the scope of work. He prepared a timely, comprehensive, and competitive proposal to win my business. Antonio and I established an open line of communication throughout the entire process, which was very important to me in this level of investment. I was pleased that Antonio proactively communicated progress, and he was very responsive each time I had questions. Work commenced promptly on our agreed upon start date, and the project was completed two days ahead of schedule.
